「幸せとは、得るものではなく、願うものではなく――気づくものなのです。」
この力強いメッセージは、
この作品の作者である画家 河村武明、通称TAKEが
自身の過酷な体験を通して深く感じ、

突然、重い障害者となったTAKEは、絶望の中で、
これまで当たり前だと思っていた日常の些細なこ との中にこそ、
計り知れない幸せが隠れていたことに気づきました。
見えること、聞こえること、呼吸ができること。
何気ない一日こそが、奇跡のような幸福なのだと。
その気づきが、この感動的な詩へと昇華したのです。
大地にしっかりと根を張り、太陽の光を浴びて生きる私たち。
その足元には、そっと寄り添い、
旅の安 全を願うお地蔵さんの温かい眼差しがあります。

“Happiness is not something to be gained, not something to be wished for, but something to be realized.”
This powerful message is born as a cry from the soul of the artist, Takeaki Kawamura, a.k.a. TAKE, which he deeply felt through his own harsh experiences.
The Chinese character “ichi,” which jumps out strongly from the center of the screen, represents the earth that sustains us. The circle above it represents the warm light of the sun. The earth and the sun are the fundamental existences that are indispensable for life.
Standing under the warm light are adorable Jizo statues made of stone. It is said that people put their hearts into building these statues to pray for the safety of travelers in ancient times. They are symbols of pure prayer, without asking for anything in return.
TAKE suddenly became severely disabled, and in the midst of his despair, he realized that there was immeasurable happiness hidden in the trivial things of daily life that he had taken for granted.
Being able to see, hear, and breathe. It is the ordinary days that are, in fact, a miracle of happiness.
This realization was sublimated into this moving poem.
